What is Kalaguzari’s return and refund policy?

We are a small home-based business, so refunds are possible only in case of damaged products. Kindly make a short video when opening the delivered package and any damage found can be seen therein.

Where does Kalaguzari ship products to?

We are just starting out on a small scale from our home, so we are able to ship our products only within India for now. Hopes are high, though, for the time when we will be able to ship worldwide!
